2018 Rates

Rates are for furnished apartments for short term leases (1 – 9 months).
Minimum stay is 1 month.

Utilities are a flat fee of $250 per month and include the following :

Gas, Electricity, Heat, and Hot Water, Cable TV, High Speed Internet, and Telephone line
